When will Correlia’s platform be available?

Our early access custom service business launched in Spring 2018 and is ongoing
(contact us for details). Our first commercial instrument will launch in late 2020.

How can I access Correlia’s platform?

We are placing a limited number of beta instruments on-site with early
access customers. We also provide some custom biosample testing services from our labs.

We are a diverse and growing team of scientists and engineers with expertise in engineering, biology, physics, and software. Team members come from UC Berkeley, MIT, Cornell, Laney, and other top schools. We value innovation, focus, caring for others, and we’re working hard to expand the power of proteomics for data-driven biology. Immunoassays represent our first application but stay tuned for others.

Akwasi Apori

President & CEO

Kwasi completed his PhD in Bioengineering at UC Berkeley/UCSF where he developed microscale assays for quantitative biology. He previously worked as a systems engineer on cross-functional teams at Boeing Satellite Systems and was an integral founder and principal investigator at Quantsupport. He obtained his BS/MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT. Screen reader support enabled.

Kursad did his postdoctoral research in UC Berkeley Bioengineering Department where was the lead inventor of Correlia’s ANDI gel technology through a collaboration with Novartis. Kursad completed his PhD at Cornell University developing MEMS and microfluidic technologies for biological applications.
